Power Chem Plast Limited started as a chemicals supplying company many decades back but has emerged as a leading manufacturer and supplier of Hollow Profile Polycarbonate Sheet, Corrugated Polycarbonate Sheet, MS Turbo Ventilator, Window Canopy Awning System, Polycarbonate Shield and other industrial products.
We entered into the business of supplying polycarbonate sheets with a mission to meet the demands for quality sheets. For the same, we also set up our own state-of-the-art production plant in Solan, Baddi, Himachal Pradesh (India), where co-extrusion process along with others are performed to perfection. For performing industrial processes to bring forth the best in class array of polycarbonate products, we have smart and skilled individuals with us. They work with sincerity and ensure company goals especially pertaining to rendering 100% satisfaction to customers are attained on time.

Our Infrastructure
DUROTUFFTM Polycarbonate sheets are
structured in the best manner at our modern plant, which has capacity of
350 TPD. Our plant on Two Lakh Twenty Thousand Sq. Ft of land, of which
One Lakh Fifty thousand Sq. Ft. is covered is situated in the
Industrial Estate at Baddi, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh. We have a
number of machines at our production plant, some of which are given
below:

We have a workshop for maintaining
and repairing of our products, installed with Central Drilling Machines,
Lathe Machines and others. At the unit, consistent power connection is
the result of our advanced UPS System and Gensets having 750 KVA, 160
KVA and 55 KVA capacities. Uninterrupted manufacturing process helps us
in meeting customers orders for urgent delivery.
At our quality inspection lab, we
have a separate Packing Section as well as Size Wise, Systematic Product
Storage Section. A group of trained employees handle works at the lab
and ensure quality management system is followed during production.
Owing to the quality of our Corrugated Polycarbonate Sheet,
Polycarbonate Pyramid, Hollow Profile Polycarbonate Sheet, and other
products, we have gained certificated from MOODY International.
